When you’re pruning, you don’t want to carry around a bunch of tools, so Fiskars’ Dual-Cut lopper lets you cut both large and small branches cleanly with the same tool.

The lopping jaws can cut branches up to 2″ in diameter while the pruning notch cuts smaller branches up to 1/2″ in diameter.  Fiskars precision-grinds and hardens the blades to keep them sharp longer and gives them a corrosion-resistant, non-stick coating to keep the blades free of corrosion and debris.  Both jaws and notch are bypass pruners suitable for use on green wood.

The heavy-duty fiberglass handles are capped by non-slip grips which make them both durable and comfortable, and the loppers feature the Fiskars Power-Lever mechanism which provides up to twice the cutting power of single-pivot pruners.

You’ll pay anywhere from $40 to $60 for this dual-cut lopper depending on where you shop.

Surely this a NOT. Why? Because you can use the large cutters for small materials. Doh.

The thing about these long handles is the difficulty of actually using them, which is little as possible. Nothing replaces a good hand shear.
