The Micro-Tools Amazon store is selling this generic imported 16-piece watch tool kit for $9.50 — it’s the same kit that Amazon lists for $11.

The kit includes a Metal Strap-Holder Block, Pin Remover, Tweezers, Mini Long-Nose Pliers, three Pin Punches, Watch Hammer, Watch Case Opener, Watch Case Knife, Pin Pusher, two Mini Phillips Screwdrivers, three Precision Slotted Screwdrivers, and a Nylon Carrying Bag.  It’s probably not Swiss quality, but it’ll get you well on your way to fixing (or destroying) your fine timepiece.

I bought this same kit from micro-tools. It’s mostly super cheap plastic but really, how often do you have the need to fix a watch? I changed 2 batteries and 3 straps the first day i had it and that should be enough to justify its small cost. If it ever gets used again it’s a bonus.

I get watch batteries for practically nothing, but I’ve never been able to easily change them myself. This looks like just the thing I need.

Thanks to the previous poster for the comments about the quality of the plastic.

For $9.00. You can’t really go wrong. I think I’ll order one today.

    Thanks for the tip.
