Eventually all Toolmongers will get weak in the knees and back — if it hasn’t happened to you yet, trust me, it will. Keeping yourself in a comfortable position in the shop becomes more and more important, especially when working on or near the ground.  The Racatac helps you move around the shop with ease.

The fully adjustable seat supports your upper body while your feet hang out the back to move you around. Kneepads cushion the ole knees and keep them in relative comfort;  however, mine are more comfortable on the couch.

The casters are smooth-rolling, and the tool tray keeps your tools close at hand. Running one of these down a local hill sounds like fun, too.

The Racatac comes in two models:  one is 2″ off the floor and sells for $150, and the other is 3″ off the floor and sells for $175.

Saw a contractor using one to move around room laying tile effortlesly. He has a place to put tile & hand tools. I like the fact of having a tool like this. Be great for other jobs instead of the floor mat or knee pads. Smart workers use knee pads instead of the bare floor. Even has a bike seat to sit back.
