A1ToolStore is selling this 12″ adjustable spud wrench for $25 — no details on where it’s made, but it looks ok.  Spud wrenches come in handy when you’re bolting together structures with holes that need to align.  You insert the spud in one hole, allowing a bolt to be placed in other holes as they line up.  Then you tighten the fasteners with the adjustable wrench.

My favorite new tool from the Australian film business is called a ‘scaff podger’. The same as this, but with a double headed ratchet instead of an adjustable wrench. The pointy bit is the podge. It’s used for building scaffold, hence the name.
