Hate to break it to you, but I went to Sears (both online and brick and mortar) and the set price is $20, not ten.
I went to my local Sears store and it was marked $9.99 on the shelf, with a prominent sale tag. Rang up at $19.99 (regular price), but the cashier went back and verified the sale price and sold it to me for $9.99.
YMMV and all that.
