Ball-end Allen wrenches work great when you don’t have a straight-on shot at a fastener. Bondhus offers you this same capability with their ball-end insert bits — you can access fastener heads up to 25 degrees off-center.
Bondhus makes these 1/4″-drive steel insert bits in the USA and coats them with their ProGuard finish to resist rust — and if you break a bit, their lifetime warranty will replace it free of charge.
You can get sets of these ball driver insert bits in both metric and imperial sizes. The metric set includes nine bits sized 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12mm. The 2-6mm bits measure 1″ long while the 8-12mm bits measure 1-1/2″ long. The imperial set includes twelve bits sized 5/64, 3/32, 7/64, 1/8, 9/64, 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, and 1/2″. The 5/64-1/4″ bits are 1″ long, and the 5/16-1/2″ are 1-1/2″ long.
Street pricing on either set of ball driver insert bits is $15 to $19.
