Alexandria General Supply is selling a four-piece set of Mitutoyo telescoping gauges for $89. While you can buy a generic import set for much, much less, I greatly prefer a quality telescoping gauge set for precisely measuring hole diameters. The plungers work better, and overall it’s easier to lock the position for measurement.
