Are you tired of rounding over your square-drive insert bits? Woodcraft designed their Highpoint insert bits to last longer than a standard insert bit, by combining a mild-steel hex insert body with a precision-milled, hardened tip.
These insert bits come in two categories. Available in #1 and #2 square drive, the 1″ bits are for use in magnetic bit holders. Available only in #2 square drive, the Power Driver series chuck directly into your driver. The Power Driver insert bit comes in 2″, 3″, 4″, and 6″ lengths.
Woodcraft charges $9 for a ten-pack of the 1″ Highpoint insert bits. For a pack of ten Power Driver insert bits they charge $10 to $11 depending on length.
