Dealmonger: A Vise-Grip 3-Piece Set For $20
By Stuart Deutsch On September 12, 2007 · 3 Comments · In Accessories, Dealmonger, Harbor Freight, Irwin
Guess what? Harbor Freight actually sells name-brand tools, too, and right now they’re offering a three-piece set of no-kidding Vise-Grips set for $20. You get 5″ curved jaw, 6″ long-nose, and 10″ curved-jaw locking pliers, and the set also comes with a pouch that you can stash in a drawer or mount to some pegboard.
We see an average street price of about $30 for the set — and over $34 for the individual pieces — so this is a tough deal to pass up.

Awesome! Anyone know if they have this in the stores?
DaveD: I don’t know about this for certain, but I’ve seen real ViseGrips in the store every time I stopped in — they just didn’t put them on sale like this.
And just FYI: They also carry Channellocks. The only pair I own came, amazingly, from HF. Nice pliers.
Vise-grip brand tools are now made in China, just FYI.
