Rockler put their marketing guys together in a room, and they came up with the Scratch & Save coupon offer which we found on site today. If you overlook the cheap-o, fast food scratch-off vibe, it looks like they’re offering some serious values — up to 50 percent off on actual products. That’s better than free small fries that you won’t eat anyway, yeah?
Of course there’s a super disclaimer at the bottom of the entry form full of legalese that states:
“Scratch & Save” offer excludes sale items, power tools, Leigh jigs, Porter-Cable dovetail jigs, Clifton planes and Rockler Gift Cards. Not valid with any other coupon or offer. Valid with coupon at Rockler stores only. Not valid at partner stores. One-time use only. Expires August 5th, 2007.
That said, the Scratch & Save offer could give you a little push to spend some bucks where you otherwise wouldn’t — and maybe get a bit more bang for it, too.
