First of all, we’d like to thank RIDGID for their generous offering of a set of pneumatic tools for giveaway to one of our loyal readers.  Look for reviews of these great tools from us soon — as well as some thoughts from our winner, Stuey.

Yes, that Stuey.  If you’ve spent more than ten minutes on TM, you’ve probably read some of his insightful comments.  He’s been hanging around since the very start, and considering the number of comments he’s left, it’s surprising it took this long for his name to pop up in our random selection processes.

At any rate, he’s now one lucky dude as he’ll receive a set of just about all the pneumatic nailers RIDGID makes.  Assuming he’s bought a reasonable compressor, he’ll never hurt for nailers again.

Look for another comment-based giveaway soon, and we look forward to hearing what Stuey thinks of his gear when it arrives.

    Congrats Stuey…
Not a more deserving poster on the blog. I’ve enjoyed your comments and contributed tool posts.

Now about that Framing gun – can I borrow it a week from next Saturday?
    😀 just kidding.. enjoy.

Color me jealous! I have the Milwaukee versions of the 15 gauge and 18 gauge nailers and they’re great! The Ridgids and Mils are mostly the same and made by the same company.

When I first got the winner notification email, I was ecstatic. Then I proceeded to smile and hop around a bit while I called my fiancee and a few others.

This couldn’t come at a better time! I just moved into a new apartment and there are quite a few projects that are on the chalkboard already. Additionally, my parents need to have work done on their house – I can actually give those tasks a shot now that I’m much better equipped!

I’m gonna kick my dinky 2 gallon compressor to the curb and borrow my cousins’ for a bit until I decide which new model fits my needs and the space that my soon to be wife will allow me to allocate for tools and the such.

I honestly don’t know what I’d do without you, Toolmonger. I can’t convey just how much knowledge I’ve gained directly and indirectly from of the blog entries and the many informative comments that I’ve read. It’s also a very helpful outlet for me since most of the people I’m close to aren’t too keen on hearing me talk about tools too much.

Thank you so very much Toolmonger, and much thanks to Ridgid!!
