I think we may have posted this before, but I ran across it again today and couldn’t help sharing it. 

As soon as we saw the size of the dump truck and small reach on the front end loader in this one we knew what was about to go down.  This is a great lesson in knowing your equipment, yeah?

    Judging by the way the skid steer loader was moving, either the equipment was badly in need of servicing, or more likely the operator was a complete novice. Anyone who has used those things for any length of time can move them more smoothly than that, and knows that moving equipment like that in a smooth and controlled way is the only way to NOT get hurt or damage equipment.

    Alas, poor newbie, all covered in dirt. I did that to myself cleaning the cow paddock’s sludge pile. Not fun.

    Looks like he pushed the lever the wrong way. The bucket tilted backward instead of forward. He also probably couldn’t see very well.
