Sears is running a 48-hour sale today and tomorrow that encompasses a ton of lawn and garden equipment as well as many Craftsman tools. Some of our favorites:
- Craftsman’s 12V cordless drill with bit set for $30 (normally $60)
- A twin-pack of Kingcraft plastic sawhorses (pictured above) for $12.49 (normally $25)
If nothing else, you should stock up on plastic sawhorses. We picked up four from Harbor Freight when they were on sale for $4 each, and we use the mess out of ’em. They’re great for everything from painting — who cares if you get paint on a $4-$6 sawhorse! — to forming a makeshift welding table with the addition of half a sheet of plywood. Good stuff!

I went to Sears this weekend to buy a pair of these sawhorses and they were not having a sale. I asked a clerk and she said the last sale on these items were a couple weeks ago??
This info is either wrong or these sales are regional.
I did buy the sawhorses at Harbor Freight where they were on sale thankfully!
