If you want spade bits, I STRONGLY recomment the Bosch. I think their screw tip spade bits make every other kind obsolete
I wish this was available when I had bought my last set. The most frustrating thing about spade-bits for me is that most don’t have a decent container or case. I could slap the above thing on my pegboard. Right now, I’ve got a soft plastic case around some generic spade-bit set I bought at a local big-box. It’s a pain getting the bits in and out.
I second the BOSCH RapidFeed spade bit recommendation. Those are great spade bits. The 6-piece spade bit set is 11.60 from Amazon.
I bought a set of Sears Companion spade bits a few years ago on sale for $10. They came with a nice case so as I wore them out I replaced them with better ones. Having the case was worth $10 by itself.
