There are those that think that carburetors are to fuel injection what the horse and cart are to a Ferrari Enzo, but I’ll always have a place in my big-block-automotive heart for the carb.  So, when I see the carburetor stand I think back to days with newspaper spread all over the dinner table tweaking a double pumper.  The whole house smelled like gas, and I couldn’t have been happier.

The carb stand is manufactured of cast aluminum with open center and mounting pegs, and it’s designed to hold Quadrajet and both standard and spread-bore Holley carbs.  I wish I had one back in the day; it would have made things much easier.

Hey — if you’re one of the proud few out there who haven’t spit on your old quad-barrel friends, $20 will get you upright and ready for the worktable.
