One Response to TV Tonight: Don’t Miss How It’s Made

  1. Nick says:

In HIM, Ep 29, “Hand Tools”, the lathe uses a “form tool” not a “knife”, when cutting off and forming the hemisphere on the ends of the handle. It looked like a HSS toolbit with the proper profile ground on the end.

In HIM Ep 42, High-Precision Cutting Tools, the diameter of the end mill shank is checked with an “electronic drop indicator”, not a “micrometer”.

I really need to get a life.
