Here’s one I wouldn’t have seen coming. Today Makezine — a blog that you definitely need to check out if you haven’t already — posted coverage of “power tool drag racing,” which took place at the Ace International Speedway in San Francisco.
Make later posted coverage of the event including 66+ photos and at least one video. In the video it looks as if the “strip” is a set of ~12″ wide wooden slots, and some of the “racers” are moving at a hell of a clip.
