GirlGear Hard Hat

I can think of a dozen times when, in the heat of a home construction project, I’ve whacked my head on something.  It was just a matter of time before I did something really bad, so I’ve started wearing a hard hat more often. Now that my wife likes to help out with the projects, I supposed she’ll need to gear up as well, and you know she won’t want to use my nasty old brain-bucket — luckily GirlGear makes a hard hat that’ll protect her head without cramping her style.

GirlGear Model 69 ToolBelt

The pink belt is in style — hopefully just with the women, but you never know.  When I showed my wife a set that includes a small tool kit, tool belt, and hard hat, all in pink, she wanted them instantly. The prices are reasonable enough, so if you share tools with a group it might be worth it to stick one of your buddies with the pink belt;  that’ll teach ‘em to run into the worksite late.

Pink Tool Belts Aren’t For Sissies

Let’s face facts: most tool companies simply don’t cater to women.  Sure, some manufacturers will slap a coat of pink paint on some cheap power tools and market ‘em at Michaels — or even toss the fairer sex a gardening tool or two.  But it’s almost always junk.  That’s why GirlGear caught our eye.  They offer a tool belt in pink, and guess what?  It’s a real, no-kidding tool belt that just happens to be pink.  Booyah.
