Dealmonger: Hitachi 4-Piece Li-Ion Combo Kit for $299

Another Costco score, this looks to me like the 18V set that normally retails for around $399 in most places — and if it’s different, I’m not sure that the differences would make that much difference for homeowners. We’ve had our hands on a number of different Hitachi drill/drivers and they’re not bad at all, as long as you can get used to the Halo plasma pistol styling.
This kit includes a trim saw, a drill/driver, a recip, and a light. Most of the kits I see online include Hitachi’s fluorescent light, while this one includes a standard incandescent bulb-type. But I’m not sure that’s a bad thing, either. You also get a charger, two batteries, and a canvas-like bag to keep everything in one place.
Again, this deal seems to be in stores only, so if you’re interested you’ll want to hit your local Costco soon.

I got mine from Reconditionedsales.com and it carries a 1 year warranty!
No luck at mine in Pittsburgh. Costco.ca has it for $350 Canadian. I doubt they ship to the US though, and that’s still more than $300 US.
