		<description>I refinished flooring in my living dining room, and the drum sander was MUCH easier to handle than the edge sander. It's like a giant router motor with a 10" sanding disc on the bottom. Let go of that thing and it's halfway out the door before you catch it, leaving a nice groove in it's wake. Good for developing back muscles too.</description>

		<description>Actually, she was the driving force (when you going to get to the dining room floor?) That being said, she is very understanding. I still had to seal off that room with two layers of plastic sheeting to keep the dust off most of the rest of the house. 
The biggest challenge, keeping the Dog/Cat out of the room until completed. Right now the floor is covered with carpenters paper to keep it safe until staining... (This weekend?)</description>
