They look very much like this: Cabinet Buffers - Soft-Close Anti-Slam Kitchen Cabinet Dampers The other ones I bought (for the non-euro-hinge doors) were much sturdier, made of metal, and have an adjustment screw so you can tune the amount of damping pressure based on the weight of your doors. Installation could not be easier and they work great on my cabinet doors. Found them for $3.10 so I am doing all my cabinets now for $60 in total. Pretty good deal for something that would have been really expensive if bought with the kitchen originally. I bought one of these to try them out.
