Bayco’s Night Stick Beats Back The Night

Normal flashlights tend to have narrow-angle beams that are usually more useful to the person holding ‘em than to anybody else, but for less than $30 you can buy Bayco’s Night Stick NSP-1136 flashlight, which gives you not only the traditional narrow spot beam but also a floodlight that illuminates a much wider area.
This 8.8″ long flashlight weighs less than 6 ounces, and its rugged housing features a “soft-touch” finish to make it easy to grip. A four-function switch lets you choose the flashlight, the floodlight, or both at the same time.
Four AAA batteries (included) power the 1W, 65-lumen single-LED flashlight for 12 hours, the 36-LED, 72-lumen floodlight for seven hours, or both for five hours. The bright white LEDs should last you for at least 35,000 hours, probably longer than you’ll own the flashlight.

Only 6 ounces? How are you going to beat someone down with this? LOL. Gotta love the maglite for it’s beatdown-ability.
Gotta agree with Rob!
