		<description>While he was here for some other jobs, we had the plumber install a hot-water hose bib outside next to the cold one (to the left, obviously).  Add a short mixing hose and you're all set.  This has been great for washing dogs, cars, and kids.  Just make sure that you turn the hot-water bib all the way off or a small leak in the hose can lead to an alarmingly high power bill over time.  At least, that's what I've heard.</description>
