		<description>I suspect well-to-do tool collectors are their biggest customers. How much you want to bet most of these items are never used at all, especially since they are so pretty and expensive.</description>

		<description>Yeah Bridge City has sure put out a lot of "Pretty" tools lately. But i sure would like to have some more hands on time with thier tools to see if the bling  can sing.......</description>

		<description>I prefer the Craftsman 48" aluminum adjustable square. It's only 30 bucks, is very accurate for anything from the standard 90 degree marks and out, and has that beautiful lifetime warranty in case you do manage to bend the heavy duty aluminum.

I just can't see paying $140 for something that looks nice with the wood inlay, but seems to do just about the same thing as the one for $30.

They have always looked to mee to be aimed at the "yuppie" market - rather than serious tool users.
I have no problem with paying a fair (read sometimes high) price if the tool is worth its salt. We give out Lie Nielsen block planes - as an example - and they are capable of cost effective good work.</description>
