Agri Supply is selling this six-piece dental pick set for $2.50.  We use dental picks all the time when cleaning and disassembling items in the shop — they’re extremely handy for removing small o-rings and seals.

    Found a bunch of these (along with a dozen hemostats) in a $5.00 box @ a garage sale years ago. Use them all the time during disassembly and cleaning of electronic gadgets, small electric tools, etc. Hemostats especially handy when soldering and securely holding small nuts and screws whilst getting them started in tight places.

    Ask nicely at the dentist and you might be able to get a handful of them for free. That’s how I got mine. Which reminds me, I think it’s time to ask for a few more…

    In case anyone was wondering about shipping, it looks like it breaks down to this:
    Qty 1-4 = $5.00
    Qty 5 = $6.00
    Qty 6 = $7.00

    I only checked up to 6 units, and I believe they are out of NC, so no tax unless you live in that state. Hope this helps……

    These def come in handy. use them for cleaning and also for setting small gaskets. A must have for delicate work

    They’re also great for picking glue out of corners and other hard to reach areas when prepping for finishing.
