I haven't used it too much yet, but it certainly does what I expect it to. It took a much neglected small deck/step down and cleaned the nasty off with no delay. Sure, 1400 osi isn't going to clean old mortar off of brick, but it (at least mine) does reasonable cleaning with ease. The valve bodies in them crack and then leak all the time. Save your money for the HD or lowes specials and spend the extra $100 and get a gas $150-200 1500.....
