I have one of these blades mounted on a 7 1/4″ compound slide miter saw, and it works great on solid red oak and plywood. You can also mount it on a 10″ table saw for some excellent cuts in plywood and crosscutting 3/4″ solid stock. It has very little tear out in softwoods. It’s a great value for the money, and is currently about $13.95 at Lowe’s.

I recently saw both the 40-tooth and 60-tooth blades at Lowe’s.

Only 60 tooth blade I can find at the Amazon and Skil website’s is 10 inch.
