Win The Ultimate Work Truck

Lenox and a handful of other sponsors have teamed up to build the “Site Commander” — actually, they built three of them, and you can enter to win one. The meat of the prize is a 2008 Dodge 5500 HD 4×4 Quad Cab with 305 HP and 610 foot-pounds of torque. They don’t say it, but that sounds like a 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel.
The Site Commander also boasts a 6-speed Allison automatic transmission. If they stopped there, that’s still a respectable work truck — but they didn’t. A Reading Body Works Spacemaster Service Body holds all your tools as well as the included goodies, including a Segway, a laptop, flat panel display, coffee maker, DVD player, and blueprint storage, just in case you get around to some real work.
The back seat serves as a mobile office, with wireless connections for the Segway-mounted computer, another laptop, displays, desks, and just about anything else you’d need.
At first glance, you may want to dismiss this as an industrial “Pimp My Ride” exercise in excess. Looking closer, Lenox and pals have put together a really functional collection of features that would be the envy of any large contractor.

Allison trans? Yep, it’s the Cummins.
I really, really, really like my Dodge truck. And I wasn’t a fan when I bought it. I’m going to have to enter this contest.
[...] don’t know if this is the same contest that TM noted in 2008 (TM 10/27/08), another episode because they made three of these trucks for a national tour, or some glitch due [...]
