Also, the dozer is so far back on the trailer the tractor's brakes would have been ineffective since there was no substantial weight transferred to the tractor. The tandems look like theyre locked up right as they pass the camera, and with all that weight, on the back, theres no way it would have been able to stop on that gravel road. I believe it.
