C.H. Hanson Slide Square

C.H. Hanson calls their Slide Square the next generation of layout tools — it’s a square, it’s a caliper, it’s a protractor, and it fits in your pocket. It also features holes for marking bolt locations in 2×4 and 2×6 sill plates. Multi-tasking is a beautiful thing.
The caliper measures up to 7”, and the protractor measures all common angles from zero to 90 degrees. C.H. Hanson makes the square of bright yellow high-impact polystyrene, so it’s lightweight and able to survive rough handling.
Street pricing is around $10.

4.99 at Sears in Santa Fe. Pretty cool tool. I always had trouble explaining to my kids why my square is a triangle, this is better.
