I have a Ridgid combo set which as far as the tools go is excellent but the lifetime warranty stinks! I have made numerous trips to the local service center trying to get the batteries replaced but can get no service from them. I am going to throw away the tools and charger and buy a Milwaukee set. It does not have a lifetime warranty, but they do not advertise one ether. I have lost faith in Ridgid and will never buy another one of their tools. Warranty service should not be this hard!
