		<description>Isn't there a use for these in an old house with an uninsulated stone cellar. By next winter I am going to be in a house like that. All the water pipes are down below so I was going to use these.</description>

		<description>If your plumbing and insulation was done properly than you dont have any need fore  those regardless of the outside temperature. If your furnace breaks down and you dont use any water you can have problems after days with pipe freezing and bursting so its  reccomend you drain and shut off your water before leaving on winter vacations. If you lost power while away these things would die anyways so i dont see a point for these unless your house wanst built properly.</description>
