		<description>I've yet to have a Circuit Alert tool that I'd trust in any way, shape or form.  My last (and final) Circuit Alert 'give it a go' was with a screwdriver that told me a known live wire wasn't live, and my coffee... which last i checked was not actually a live circuit... was.</description>
