He wasn't running from the law, but he was in a big hurry, (85-90mph), with an enclosed trailer. He did OK till he passed an 18 wheeler. The wind that big rig was pushing got the guy's trailer doing the side to side thing, like the video. And, like in the video, around the truck & trailer went, off the side of the road, rolling over into the ditch. Amazingly, he didn't take anyone else with him, and everybody in the truck walked away, but the F-250 and the trailer were a pile of junk metal.
