		<description>I purchased my saw and Domino at McFeelys abd have been fairly impressed with their service, they occasionaly have some packing issues, or lack there of as the case may be. But hey, Robinson screws rule!

Anyway, I would suggest that one of the best ways too keep your channels happy is to *NOT* compete against them. Since both Woodcraft and Rockler carry Festool I would guess one or both of them suggested they act like a typical manufacture and not sell against them.
