		<description>I've had several potential clients ask if we do EIFS remodel work. I've always declined - and I'm still not sure if I lke the look or the underlying technology. I guess that time will tell about its longevity and future issues if any. I'm more of a traditionalist when it comes to exterior treatments and offer wood and other siding options - when I take on a GC job. 

Meanwhile, I've seen the EIFS work - and some of the tools used to cut and shape the foam:
