		<description>Hey Rick, I agree that it seems possible to make, but not with a box fan.  Box fans move a lot of air if there is now impediment (like a filter).  With a filter, no flow.  (I learned this the hard way.)  

Look for a fan (like a centrifugal blower) with an air flow at a static pressure.  This unit says "400 cfm at .4" static pressure."</description>

		<description>i like the idea... hate the price... how hard would that be to make, furnace air filter and a box fan perhaps... man, that would definitely help the wood dust when i am working in the basement...</description>
