		<description>Tony, it's more useful than you might think. If you're nosing around in a toolbag with a flashlight, having the material glow *after* you've pointed the beam over to the opposite side of the bag can really make it stand out.

On a related note, I've been leaning towards canvas toolbags lately, because the photon-sucking black nylon is just so hard to see into. A beige interior, even when dirty, reflects a lot more light around the inside of the bag and makes it much easier to find things.</description>
