Well, those kits have been on sale for a few days now. It's a pretty good deal, but the lack of free shipping is disappointing.

Also, it seems to be fit for 5/16" hardware only. You don't need to buy two, one unit is still on sale, but if you've got to pay for shipping, one may as well purchase two.

I still prefer Incra's T-track styling since it accepts 1/4" bolt heads.

The easiest source of T-bolts is in the plumbing isle. Just get the bolts designed for holding down your toilet. They are brass so it's harder to screw up your AL T-track, and often cheaper that true T-bolts.

As to where to find the T-track, Rockler sells a starter kit which comes with a 4' length of track as well as a whole bunch of T-bolts and knobs.

I wish I knew about this earlier. I was looking for a way to mount some cable assembly fixtures to a workbench. I settled on channel strut (Unistrut) cause just about everybody carries. Though I'm locked into using nuts designed for the channel.

Thanks for the link. I've been looking for some of these for some jigs I'm making for the table-saw. I didn't see them walking around my local hardware store or the big box.
