I regularly post cheap-ass tools on Toolmonger (and get some flack for it) :-) I also have alot of cheap tools in my arsenal, but I've never had good luck with Husky Tools. I alway avoid them, especially their screwdrivers having bent, snaps and chewed the ends off on all of the set that I had. Probably ok for some light duty work but nothing that requires any torque.

I wouldn't recommend this set. It's very cheaply made (the housing on the ratcheting mechanism is plastic and tends to fall off) and the bits break if you try to use them on anything tough. For light household duty, it would probably be fine, but as a decent tool, I wouldn't recommend it. A friend always says about this screwdriver 'you've heard of snap-on tools before? Well, this is a snap-off brand tool'.
