Here’s another fun reason to get off your ass and head to the shop this weekend: make your very own Spartan armor with paper, resin, and fiberglass. Dr. Professor Jake Biggs posted a very thorough how-to over on Instructables, and claims you can duplicate his process to make an entire set of armor for around $150.

Sure, Halloween’s over. But you could always throw it in the closet for next year, right?
