Demo Glove Winner: Tearin’ Down The Garage

Yeah, BSW has (sadly) passed, but we’ve still got demo gloves to give away, so the destruction continues! Today’s winner: TM reader and photo pool member jason.leanard.peacock who posted this photo (and about a hundred more) of him ripping down a garage.
Enjoy your gloves, Jason. They make the work a lot easier if you wear them. And if you have a minute, how ’bout stopping by and leaving a comment to tell us a bit more about the project?

[...] Toolmonger just picked me as their Demo Glove Winner for this week for the garage demolition photos I submitted. Woohoo! [...]
The project…I have a 1960′s single-level rambler, and I’m adding some additions to it. After lots of back & forth with the architect the only way we could solve the low-ceiling problem with the small garage was to replace it
Now that the garage is gone I’m adding a new addition where it used to be and building a new garage onto that addition. Oh yeah, there’s another addition going in on the other side of the house.
Lots of fun, and lots of demolition still to come – I need to replace all the wiring and plumbing in the house, so I’ll be stripping it down to studs and building it all back up again!
