The answer is, coming in the next few weeks. If it were me, I would find this kit in regular old craptastic NiCad form (on ebay shipped new w/ warranty for 370) and buy the impact driver w/ 2 li-ion batts and charger at a later date. All in all, I would have spent 100-150 more (depending on how fast prices on the impact driver kit drop) and I would have both the impact driver and two batteries that I could consider throw away.
