These bins are cheap compared to the Akro ones - 8 for $10CND at Home Depot. I also use the larger sizes for tools and parts.

Maybe I’m missing something but what purpose is the pegboard part of the setup doing? I didn’t see any typical pegs in there. Does the board just serve as a convenient way not to have to drill even spaced pilot holes in a sheet of plywood? I’m interested in a similar system for the top of my work bench that utilizes bins for all my various electronic parts.

I find it funny that this pic will bring both side together; pegboard lovers and bin lovers. It really is a sweet setup. It also looks a whole lot better than my little sliding plastic drawers that are 1″ deep.

P.S. I just noticed you have THREE first aid kits and extra Band-Aids. Either you were a boy-scout and are always prepared, or you tend to have a propensity to bleed.

This reminds me so much of my pharmacy days, we had a similar system for organizing prescriptions.

Thats a hell of a lot of akro-bins… I’m jealous.

I really need to pick up one of the benchtop type akro-bin racks for my reloading supplies. The drawers I’m using now aren’t very convenient.
