This cracks me up. I have a good friend who is a manager at the local Coach outlet. I have refused on pricipal to carry a Coach bag (even though she can buy for me at employee discount rates and has even given me one) but once these get deep-discounted since no one in their right mind would probably buy one at the regular or "outlet" price, I may have to get one of them just for the absurdity factor.

Interesting. That makes a bit more sense then I first though, but I like the diea of a removable sheath better.

The sheath is permanently fixed to the flashlight. I'm saying permanently b/c I tried to separate the two pieces but the sheath wouldn't budge at all.

Both the head cap and end cap are exposed so you can swap batteries or remove the lamp assembly easily, but swapping to a different colored or 3AA maglite isn't possible.

The wrist strap I kind of dig. The leather wrapping the handle.... seems excessive, but sure why not. Spending $50+ dollars on an accessory for my $5 flashlight? Seems doubtful. Plus I'm still trying to figure out how it locks the light in so the light won't slip out. I would have thought it would be easier to through a ring through the lanyard loop on the light, let the ring keep the wrap on and attach the strap to the ring.
