In that light it does a magnificent job! Porsche design has nothing to do with Porsche cars. It is a sepperate company, although it was started by Ferdinand Porsche. I think we're more making fun of the price than the product -- and enjoying a bit of a laugh about how many media outlets that don't normally cover tools are covering it. I do still wonder why people are poking so much fun at it though -- seems to me if you can build a porsche you know a heck of a lot more about tools than I do.. even if you make a weird and expensive drill.
