Thinking about this a bit more I became curious as to what other designs people had used to build their own cabinet. My favorite one is here: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=143854

Much nicer than my last blasting cabinet which I built from scrap wood, some leftover flashing, a pair of heavy duty gloves and some spare lexan that was lying around my workplace. Hmm... now that I think about it, I miss that cabinet I may just have to build another (or better yet buy one of these.

Harbor Freight has a very decent blast cabinet that measures ~36x24x24 and with a large tappered hopper below and steel legs. They routinely run them on sale for $200, and if you wait to get a 10% or 15% off coupon, you can get one for as low as $170. Works great, we have two in my shop... one filled with 80 grit glass bead and the other filled with 100 grit aluminum oxide.
