Dealmonger: More Harbor Freight Coupons!
By Stephen Cooke
We found some more coupons for in-store use at Harbor Freight. This 125 psi Air Regulator for $14 seems tempting, as does a 12-pack bag of steel wool for $0.49 or a $6 pair of welding gloves.

my local harbor freight (houston) is having a pretty big sale this weekend. Unfortunately, left the flyer in the car. Not sure if it’s nationwide or local, but some of the deals were pretty good, from what I remember.

I have purchased one of these from Harbor Freight in the past and for me, the unit burst when I had it set to 90psi. Luckily I was not in the same room when it happened as there was some shrapnel from the burst itself. In the end, I went and purchased the more expensive model from a company who specializes in air tools for safety reasons.

I have been buying tools from HB since about 89. I am building my house with them. Every once in a while I will get a bad one but they are pretty good for mr hobby home owner. I think the best way to describe HB tools is that they wear out faster then name brands. You do have to watch their prices cause they tend to change them all the time and you could get stuck paying full price for some things if you are desperate for a particular item.
