Craftsman discontiued their version of this, (Quick Wrench), some years back, about the time they decided to start selling wrenches with ratcheting box ends. I've got an old Craftsman set, and they work fine, however, the swing required is a lot wider than a ratcheting box. Because of that, they don't get much use these days.

Sears has been selling a version of this under the Craftsman name for some time. I have a 13mm version made by Husky (USA), but I've never used it.

I've used these, and they do work pretty well. Though it is easier to round-off something, and they don't work as well on rusty things, or if you're using the wrong size. But as far as "racheting" goes they work well.
