					<description>Another one of those novelty tools that looks like a good idea in the store, but winds up rusting in the bottom of the toolbox. Your money's better spent on separate 3/8 and 1/4 drive ratchets that will provide years of service and less aggravation in the long run.</description>

					<description>The shop has a few of those, and they are pretty awful. The pivoting mechanism that allows you to use the wrench in confined spaces, wears out over time, and flops around. We have one where we welded the pivoting shoulder at a fixed angle. 

Also, the back ratchet makes it tough to get into confined spaces. So, it got cut off.</description>
